Beginning in the 3rd quarter of the current school year, January 2021, The Weiss School is transitioning to a cashless payment system for all Weiss School Aftercare clubs, activities, and afterschool offerings.
All payments for after school clubs, activities, and aftercare will need to be paid by Credit or Debit card through the ProCare system that is used by The Weiss School for the Aftercare Program. Beginning for the 3rd quarter activities, The School will no longer accept cash or checks as a form of payment for Aftercare activities. Please note that no additional credit/debit card surcharges other than the true cost of the Aftercare activity will be charged to families by using the ProCare system for payments. By processing payments through ProCare, this method will allow School staff to further enhance a streamlined process of all Aftercare functions including registration, selection of clubs/activities, attendance tracking, and other administrative functions that help run the Weiss School Aftercare Program.
Please keep in mind that all balances must be current in order to register for any Aftercare clubs or activities for the 3rd or 4th quarters. If there are any outstanding balances from the 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter Aftercare registrations will not be processed.
Please feel free to reach out to Muriah Lynn mlynn@weissschool.org or Celia Eissey ceissey@weissschool.org if you have any questions regarding Aftercare, after school clubs/activities, or ProCare. In the event that you believe you have extenuating circumstances regarding this change in policy, please feel free to contact Dr. Rudy Collum via email rcollum@weissschool.org to discuss. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we transition to this new process with Aftercare payments and continue to strive for a streamlined process.
