2018-2019 Annual Fund

Like all private and independent schools, the tuition at The Weiss School is not designed to cover the full annual operating costs. The 2018-2019 Annual Fund will raise the vast majority of the funds needed to bridge the gap between paid tuition, and the actual real costs of the exceptional Weiss School education. Some of the items your Annual Fund dollars will be used toward this school year are upgrades to curriculum and technology throughout the school, replacement of outdated or overused equipment, increases in specialized full-time faculty members, and one-of-a-kind gifted professional development programs for Weiss students, parents, and staff. We are very fortunate to have a remarkable legacy of philanthropic support from the Weiss School community. This year, the Weiss School Annual Fund has a goal of 100% parent participation. This increases our probability of securing funding from outside sources such as private foundations and corporations. We understand that each family has a unique giving capacity, and each donation is welcome and meaningful. We thoughtfully ask each family to support the Weiss School Annual Fund by contributing $1,500 for the 2018-2019 school year. With the appreciation that we value every gift, we are deeply grateful to our families who give beyond the minimum Annual Fund request. Please consider giving to the best of your ability and making the Weiss School your top philanthropic priority.

 

We need everyone to be ALL IN together to champion this unique school. The 2018-2019 Annual Fund pledge form and a return envelope will be mailed to your home this week for your convenience. You can also make your contribution online via the Give Now link on the Annual Fund page of our website. All credit card fees will be waived for any Annual Fund donations for the 2018-2019 school year. Please make your contribution or pledge by Friday, October 26, 2018.
